# Stress-Free Auto Care

> Stress-Free Auto Care is a chain of auto repair shops. This site (customer.stressfree.com) is where customers book a service appointment online, and where they open the links their shop texts or emails them: estimates to approve, vehicle inspections, invoices and payments.

## Book a service appointment

- [Book an appointment](https://customer.stressfree.com/appointment/location): the booking runs in five steps: choose a shop, enter the vehicle, pick the services, choose a date and time, then give a name, phone number and email.
- A booking that orders tires may ask for a deposit afterward; the appointment is booked either way.
- An assistant booking for someone must use that person's own contact details and confirm the shop, services and time with them before pressing "Confirm Booking".

## Returning customers

- [Sign in](https://customer.stressfree.com/CustomerLogin): a returning customer signs in with a code texted to the phone number on file, then sees their vehicles, appointments and service history.

## Links from the shop

Estimate, inspection, invoice and payment links are private to one customer and carry their own key. Open one only for the person it was sent to, and never share or guess one.
